If you'd like to make a complaint about Access-A-Ride
or any of the services provided by the MTA,
then access their online complaint form
Please note: Customers must continue to make reservations for trips to and from locations with designated pick-up and drop-off. When reserving trips to these locations, the reservationists will inform customers where the designated pick-up/drop-off site is located.
If you have a suggestion for a designated pick-up/drop-off site, you can e-mail it to DIA and we will forward it to Access-A-Ride. Be very specific about the location and give your telephone number and e-mail address.
More Information
Several years ago, the Paratransit Advisory Committee (PAC) requested that Access-A-Ride (AAR) designate pick-up/drop-off sites at locations such as hospitals and schools where customers and carriers kept missing each other. NYC Transit and the NYC Department of Transportation have been working together to identify pick-up/drop-off sites near such locations. Access-A-Ride identification signs are generally placed near bus stops to prohibit other vehicles from parking there.
